Founder
Ms. Zoe started Hope for All Learners in 2021 - sort of by accident. What started as a short-term 8 week social skills program in her living room and at a local park, quickly grew into something even bigger than she could have imagined.
After spending the first 5 years of her teaching career teaching in public schools, she aspired to be able to teach in an environment that felt joyful, flexible, supportive and that could meet the needs of all students. The community we have built feels like just that.
Ms. Zoe has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Seton Hall University, a Master of Arts Degree in Mathematics Education from Western Governors University and a Master of Education in Special Education from Rutgers University. She is a certified elementary, special education, and mathematics teacher as well as an LDTC. In addition to running Hope for All Learners, she is an adjunct professor at schools like Fairleigh Dickinson University, Columbia University, and Felician University - as well as a learning specialist in Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Regional Center for students with learning disabilities.

Lead Teacher/Tutor
Ms. Jill has been working at Hope for All Learners since 2022. Since then, she has become the lead teacher of our minis and littles - and has become known for her STEM classes each cycle in the maker space.
When she is not at Hope for All Learners, Ms. Jill is an elementary LLD teacher and loves spending time with her husband and two dogs.
-
Lead Teacher
What started as a one day volunteer role at the first Hope for All Learners Christmas Kids Night Out has turned into Ms. Tati being one of our learners’ favorite teachers! Ms. Tati is known most for her roles as the lead teacher for our Saturday girls group, as well as leading our Thursday and Saturday teen job skills groups.
Outside of her work here, Ms. Tati works at an out of district school for students with Autism and other special needs. She loves spending time with her family and friends - and being crafty.
-
Teaching Assistant
Since 2021, Ms. Karly has always been willing to jump in to lend a hand wherever she is needed. She has assisted in classes for every age group - primarily on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Outside of her work here, Ms. Karly works as a teaching assistant in Franklin Township. She is enjoying the recently-engaged life and wedding planning with her fiancé Ben.

Teacher/Music Teacher
In the beginning, Mr. Ryan was just helping at Hope for All Learners to help Ms. Zoe. But pretty quickly, the students loved him as much as he loved working with them.
Now Mr. Ryan is known for his music classes on Saturdays and his role with the teen groups. He is one of the most in demand teachers we have! Outside of his work here, Mr. Ryan is an optometrist at the Paul Phillips Eye and Surgery Center. He loves golfing, planes and spending time with Ms. Zoe and Avery.

Teaching Assistant
Ms. Izzie has never been afraid to jump in and help solve problems and support our learners here. Now a soon to be high school graduate, Ms. Izzie has spent most of her high school years working with us. Our students love her fun and patient demeanor - and our teachers love her willingness to help however she can.
Now, Ms. Izzie has her sights set on the next chapter of her life as she decides where to go to college next fall. She hopes to attend law school in the future and become an advocate for individuals with special needs.

Teaching Assistant
Ms. Leah has been with us for 2 years now and supports all of our learners - from minis to teens - in our Saturday programs. She is always ready to greet our students with a smile to start the day.
Ms. Leah is graduating high school this year and making plans for what the future holds for her next!

Office Administrator
Fun fact: Ms. Katie was actually hired right after our very first open house in 2021! She showed up with her resume in hand and she instantly fit right in. Since then she has worn many hats - from teaching assistant to Occupational Therapy Assistant and, now, office admin. She has always been an integral part of our team’s story and a face our students are always excited to see. Outside of here, Ms. Katie works as a COTA and owns her own Occupational Therapy-based tutoring and job coaching company.
